Stefano Celletti – Associate Partner

 

Stefano Celletti

He has worked for more than 25 years in USA, Spain, China and Italy within small and medium size companies, family owned or part of multinational groups, in executive positions and management consulting roles.

He is an expert in company turnaround and developments through marketing repositioning, reorganization, cost optimization and lean business process reengineering, using always a pragmatic strategic entrepreneurial approach. He has worked across a range of industries including retail and consumer goods, pharma/chemicals, and glass.

He starts his professional life at Montedison (once the main Italian conglomerate group in Agro/Chemical sector), working in different subsidiaries like Ferruzzi (commodities trading), Nikols (insurance), Antibioticos (pharmaceutical API), in Italy and China.  Afterwards he develops his management consulting skills at Kearney, managing different projects for the Operation and Automotive practices in Italy and USA.

In 2003 he is part of the Organising Committee for the Torino 2006 Olympic Games as Executive Director for the broadcasting production. At the end of 2006, he relocates to United States to manage the industrial and commercial turnaround of the American leader (Deroma) of plant and decorative pot industry. In 2011 he moves to Spain to manage a complex turnaround of a pharmaceutical and biotechnological company. While in Spain, he becomes the General Manager of Bormioli Rocco Spain, the Spanish production and commercial branch of one of the world leaders in the glass industry.

In 2016, he is back to Italy to manage the turnaround of the Italian Branch of WMF Group, German group leader in the cookware/tableware industry, delivering the merge in Lagostina Spa, Italian market leader in the sector. In 2019 he starts to drive the turnaround of a startup active in the world of hand painted Sicilian ceramics.

It has been years that he collaborates as associate partner with CB&S Consulting and, more recently, with GcM Consulting.

He earned a Master of Science Degree in Management Engineering from the Milano Polytechnic University and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot Watt University. He is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
